While
enrolled at the institute for Integrative Nutrition, Dr Bailey received
detailed and careful instruction on how to counsel others around food and
lifestyle choices. She conducts weight management lectures which includes
tracking nutrients, goal settings, reading food labels, and recipe
modifications. Whether the intent is to lose weight, improve nutritional habits
or improve overall health, Dr Bailey seeks to inspire participates and help get
them on the right track and stay motivated. Having over 10 years of experience
in health, fitness, wellness, she enjoys the opportunity to empower clients to
lead happier, healthier, and more fulfilling lives.
Dr
Bailey has her Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies, Masters and Ph.D. in Public
Administrative and is also a Nationally Ranked Figure Competitor.
