How often do we meet?
The 4-Week Outdoor Fitness Program is offered in Washington, DC - Monday, Wednesday, Friday and in Clinton, MD Saturday morning only. All participants must be pre-register before the scheduled sessions begins.
The 3-Month Intense Outdoor Fitness Program meets 5 days a week, Monday through Friday for one hour. Enrollment is May thru July and August thru October. New classes will begin in May 3, 2010!
All participants are encouraged to arrive at least 10 minutes before scheduled class time. Outdoor Fitness classes promptly starts at scheduled time!
Do I have to go to each session?
No, but the more you come the better you'll feel and the quicker you'll see results. And watch yourself get hooked on being active!!
What exercises are involved?
We meet and focus on your entire body. We'll teach you how to jog, sprint, do push-ups, lift weights, calisthenics, circuit training, laugh, and anything else you never thought you could do anymore. Each session begins with a warm- up, abdominal exercises, than the REAL FUN begins!
Please dress appropriately...We advise listening to the weather forecast before each session.
What if I can't keep up with everyone else?
Our goal is never to embarrass or hurt you, but to make sure you stay focused and push yourself past your comfort zone! NO ONE gets left behind nor will you be asked to do something you are not capable of doing safely.
Both Men and women of all ages and fitness levels are welcome.
