Personal Training
Personal Training is one-on-one or two-person private exercise instruction that places priority on health and activity. Private training involves educating, motivating, and coaching each individual client to reach their fullest potential. With the aid of our qualified trainers, you can achieve body fat reduction, weight reduction or management and body toning. In addition, you will learn the proper technique and form to reduce the risk of injuries.

Customized personal training is about convenience. JusteFitness Personal Training can come to your home, your gym, or your office. Your personal training includes regular fitness assessments, strength program, cardiovascular training program and flexibility training program. All initial consultation are complimentary. Our 30 mins one-on-one personal training packages:

Our 55 mins two-person partner personal training packages:

 

  • 5 partner-pack sessions


  • 10 partner-pack sessions


  • 20 partner-pack sessions


Sessions are either 55 minutes or 30 minutes. All sessions are paid in advance and are non-refundable or transferable. Rates are subject to change without notice.
